Project Handover

Project handover includes the following aspects:

1. Complete the construction on time or ahead of schedule on the date agreed in the contract, and install it in accordance with the contract agreement and industry technical standards. Local modifications made during the installation process should be recorded, and the final completion drawing should be modified to facilitate the customer's final maintenance and rectification.

2. Handover technical data: including completion drawings, engineering construction records, drawing review records, construction plans, material inspection reports, production line operation node parameters and hazard indexes.

3. Data testing: After the production line enters the commissioning and stable operation period as agreed in the contract, test and compare the product quality, energy consumption indicators, and emission standards to meet the final contract requirements.

4. Training: Send a professional team to conduct a trial run of the production line, and the customer-assigned personnel will follow and learn throughout the process. It mainly includes common equipment fault elimination solutions, the relationship between equipment parameter adjustment and product quality, equipment maintenance and replacement of spare parts safety operation specifications, production line equipment and product operation record analysis table management, fire protection measures, safety specifications and other factory management subjects.

 5. Acceptance and handover: After the equipment operation indicators and product indicators reach the agreed standards and the customer's personnel can operate the equipment independently, the two parties sign a project handover agreement.
