IndoAgri Reports Higher FFB and CPO Production, Plans 450,000 MT Refinery Expansion

According to the company’s official statement received by , total fresh fruit bunch (FFB) production reached 3.725 million metric tons (MT) in FY2025, up 2% compared with 3.645 million MT in FY2024.

“Total FFB up 2% in FY2025 mainly due to higher FFB purchases from external parties, partly offset by lower nucleus FFB production,” management stated in the report.

Higher processed FFB volumes pushed CPO production to 733,000 MT, representing a 4% year-on-year increase from 706,000 MT in the previous year. Palm kernel production remained relatively stable at 166,000 MT.

As of 31 December 2025, IndoAgri managed a total planted area of 280,975 hectares, including 237,437 hectares of oil palm plantations.

The company also manages other commodities in Indonesia such as rubber (16,203 ha), sugarcane (13,719 ha), and other crops including timber, cocoa, and tea (13,616 ha), while its Brazilian sugarcane plantation area reaches 133,141 ha.

Looking ahead to 2026, IndoAgri plans to strengthen plantation operations through cost efficiency and agronomic innovation to improve productivity.

In the edible oils and fats segment, the company is also preparing to complete the Tanjung Priok refinery expansion, which will add a third production line with a processing capacity of 450,000 MT per year.

The company remains optimistic that the combination of production growth, stable productivity, and downstream expansion will strengthen its competitiveness amid the evolving global palm oil industry.
