

This sanitary stirring vessel is specially designed for oil refining and deacidification as well as chemical liquid preparation. It can safely and efficiently dissolve, dilute, and precisely proportion corrosive media such as liquid alkali.

• Corrosion-resistant material : The tank body and parts in contact with materials are made of high-quality 304 or 316L stainless steel. The inner wall is mirror polished, which can withstand long-term corrosion from alkaline solutions and is not prone to scaling and easy to clean.
• High-efficiency mixing : Equipped with a flow-type or anchor-type agitator and a variable frequency speed control device, it can achieve rapid and uniform mixing of alkali solution and water, with no dead zones in the mixing process, ensuring a high degree of consistency in the concentration of the solution.
• Intelligent temperature control and metering : The tank is equipped with a jacket or coil, which can be filled with hot water or heat transfer oil for heating and insulation; it supports connection to a weighing module or level gauge to achieve accurate metering and automatic control of alkali solution ratio.
• Hygiene and safety design : It adopts a sanitary quick-opening manhole and CIP automatic cleaning ball, and is equipped with a breather and sight glass spotlight, which fully complies with GMP and food hygiene production standards.
