• High-efficiency homogenization : The wall-scraping anchor-ribbon combination mixer can achieve overall circulation and no dead corner mixing of materials even under low temperature or high viscosity conditions, ensuring perfect integration of oils with antioxidants, vitamins and other trace additives.
• Vacuum degassing process : The equipment is equipped with a high-efficiency vacuum system (degassing vacuum degree can reach ≤-0.08 MPa), which performs vacuum degassing simultaneously during the blending process. This effectively removes air bubbles and trace amounts of moisture from the oil, greatly improving the gloss and filling stability of the finished oil.
• Precise temperature control and metering : The tank is equipped with a jacketed or coiled heat exchange system, coupled with a high-precision temperature control module, to ensure a constant blending temperature. It also supports connection to a weighing sensor closed-loop control system to achieve precise additive proportioning (error controllable within ±0.2%).
• Sanitary-grade precision manufacturing : The tank body and material-contacting parts are made of food-grade 304 or 316L stainless steel, and the inner wall is high-precision mirror polished. Equipped with a sanitary quick-opening manhole, CIP cleaning ball, and special mechanical seal, it fully complies with GMP food safety production standards.
